Use the drop-down list box to specify the maintainable object on which you wish to create the work order. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays the maintainable object displayed in the “Inspection On” field, by default. |

Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location for which work order must be created (Alphanumeric, 30). Data entry in this field is mandatory if the “Generate WO with The Following Information?” field is set as “Yes”. Ensure the following: |

Ensure that the work group is already defined in the “Create Work Group” activity of the “Work Group” business component and is in the “Active” status. |

If you have specified a task, ensure that the task has already been defined in the “Create Task” activity of the “Task” business component. Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the priority or level of importance of the work order. The system fills in this field with all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify any priority. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the work order. The system fills in all the work order categories that have been defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity of the “Work Order” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify any work order category. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to set the status of the work order. The system provides the options: “Fresh” and “Scheduled”. The system displays “Fresh”, by default. |

Specifying details of work orders that are generated based on the inspection schedule – An overview
In this page, you can specify the details of the work orders that you wish to generate for the inspection schedule. You can specify the following details of the work orders:
The equipment or location for which work order is created
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order
The task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the work order
The type, category and priority of the work order
The status of the work order
“Create Equipment” under the “Equipment Induction” business component
“Create Location” under the “Maintenance Organization” business component
Specify whether you wish to generate work order for the inspection schedule
Specify whether you wish to generate work order for the inspection schedule
Set the “Generate WO with the following information?” field as “Yes”, if you wish to generate work orders for the inspection schedule.
Set the “Generate WO with the following information?” field as “No”, if you do not wish to generate work orders for the inspection schedule.
