Viewing the inspection orders that are forecasted

This page allows you to view the details of the inspection forecasts that are already done. Tell me more.

Select the “View Forecast - Inspection Jobs” link from the “Select Forecast – Inspection Jobs” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked forecast number in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Forecast - Inspection Jobs” page appears.

Enter the following field if you wish to view a forecast other than the forecast selected from the previous page.

Forecast	The number of the forecast to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the forecast done.

The system displays the following fields:

Date	The date on which the forecast was done.
Desc.	The description of the forecast.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Forecast Criteria” group box:

IS	The inspection schedule for which due dates are forecasted.
Desc.	The description of the inspection schedule.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order created from the schedule.
Inspection On	The maintainable object on which the inspection schedule is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location for which inspection schedule has been raised.
Type	The type of the inspection schedule for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Category	The category of the inspection schedule for which you wish to retrieve the details.
Priority	The priority of the inspection schedule.

The system displays the following in the “Due Date” field:

From	The date starting from which you wish to view the inspection schedules that are due.
To	The date till which you wish to view the inspection schedules that are due.

The system displays the following fields in the “Forecast Results” multiline:

Due Date	The date on which the inspection is due.
IS	The inspection schedule that is due to be performed.
Desc.	The description of the inspection schedule.
Inspection On	The maintainable object on which the inspection must be performed. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location on which inspection is due.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection.
Type	The type of the inspection schedule.
Category	The category of the inspection schedule.
Priority	The priority of the inspection schedule.

Viewing the inspection orders that are forecasted – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of the inspection forecasts that are already done. You can view the details of a forecast that is selected in the “Select Forecast – Inspection Jobs” page. You can also enter a forecast number directly in this page and view its forecast details. The system displays the forecast criteria for which the forecast is done along with the following details:

The inspection schedule for which the forecast is done
The equipment or location for which inspection is due
The dates on which inspection is due
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection
