Select the “Fixed Schedules” link from the bottom of the “Inspection Schedule” page.
The “Fixed Schedule” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The inspection schedule number for which fixed schedules must be viewed. |

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside. |

Zoom facility available |

Inspection On |
The maintainable object on which inspection must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location on which inspection must be carried out. |

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Date |
The date on which the inspection must be performed. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the schedule. |

Last IO No. |
The inspection order that was last raised for carrying out the inspection on the date specified in the “Date” field. |

Last IO Date |
The date on which the last inspection order is generated for carrying out inspection for this schedule. |

Parameter |
The parameter based on which the inspection must be performed on the equipment or location. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |

Value |
The value of the parameter at which the inspection must be carried out on the equipment or location. |

Latest By Date |
The latest date by which the inspection must be performed. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the parameter. |

Last IO No. |
The inspection order that is last raised for carrying out the inspection for the parameter value specified in the “Value” field. |

Last IO Date |
The date on which the last inspection order was raised. |

Viewing the fixed schedules defined for the inspection schedule – An overview

This page allows you to view the fixed schedules that have already being defined.
If you have defined a calendar-based schedule you can view the date on which the inspection is due on the equipment or location. If you have defined a usage-based schedule, you can view the parameter, the value of the parameter at which the inspection must be done, the latest date by which the inspection must be carried out and any other additional information about the schedule.
