This page allows you to view the details of the interval schedules that are already defined. Tell me more.

The “Recurring Schedules” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

IS

The inspection schedule number for which intervals must be defined.

 

The description of the inspection is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Inspection On

Indicates whether the maintainable object on which the inspection must be carried out is equipment or a location. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Calendar Based” group box:

Interval

The period after which the inspection must be carried out on the equipment or location.

Interval Unit

The unit of interval. The system displays “Days”, “Weeks”, “Months” or “Years”.

Interval Type

Indicates whether the interval is a fixed interval or an actual interval. The system displays any one of the following:

 
  • Fixed Interval – Indicates if inspection must be carried out on equipment or location after the specified period in the “Interval” field has lapsed, irrespective of whether the previous inspection is completed or not.

 
  • Actual Interval – Indicates if inspection must be carried out on equipment or location after the specified period in the “Interval” field has lapsed and only after the previous inspection is completed.

Next Due Date

The date on which the next inspection is due to be performed on the equipment or location. The system displays the next due date only if the “Fixed Interval” field is displayed in the “Interval Type” field.

Extended Date

The date on which you wish to start the inspection.

Adjust Next Due Date?

Indicates whether you wish to adjust the subsequent dates on which inspection must be carried out based on the date entered in the “Extended Date” field. The system displays either “Yes’ or “No”.

Last IO No.

The number of the last inspection order that was generated based on the schedule.

Last IO Date

The date on which the last inspection order was generated.

Last IO Compl. Date

The date on which the last inspection order was completed.

The system displays the following fields in the “Usage Based” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter based on which the inspection must be done on the equipment or location.

Interval

The value of the parameter after which inspection must be carried out.

Interval Unit

The unit of the interval.

Next Due Value

The value of the parameter at which the next preventive maintenance on the equipment is due.

Extended Value

The value of the parameter at which you wish to carry out the inspection on the equipment or location.

Adjust Next Due Value?

Indicates whether you wish to adjust the next due parameter values on which inspection must be carried out based on the value entered in the “Extended Value” field. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Last IO No.

The number of the last inspection order that was raised for carrying out the inspection.

Value At Last IO

The parameter value at which the last inspection order was raised for carrying out the inspection on the equipment/location.

Last IO Sch. Start Date

The date on which the last inspection was scheduled to start on the equipment/location.

Value Before Meter Reset

The value of the parameter before the last meter reset.

The system displays any one of the following options in the  “Execution Option” group box:

Calendar and Usage Sch. Independently

Indicates that inspection orders can be generated for the calendar-based schedule and for every parameter in the usage-based schedules.

Calendar OR Usage Sch.

Indicates that inspection orders can be generated for the earliest of the calendar-based or the usage-based schedules.

Calendar and whichever

Indicates that inspection orders can be generated for the calendar-based schedule and for the earliest of the parameters in the usage-based schedules.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date

Viewing the interval schedules defined for inspection schedules – An overview

View Inspection Schedule - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the details of the interval schedules that are already defined.

If you have defined a calendar-based schedule, you can view the time interval after which the inspection is due to be performed, the unit of the time interval and the type of the interval. If the type of the interval is “Fixed”, you can view the extended date on which you wish to start the inspection and whether the next due dates for the inspection are adjusted based on the extended date. You can also view the details of the last inspection order that has been generated for carrying out the inspection.

If you have defined a usage-based schedule, you can view the parameter based on which the inspection must be carried out, the parameter value after which the inspection is due and the parameter value at which the next inspection is due to be performed. You can also view the extended value at which the inspection must be carried out, whether the values at which the next inspection must be performed is adjusted based on the extended value, and the details of the last inspection order that has been raised for carrying out the inspection.
