Select the “Associated WO” link from the bottom of the “Inspection Schedule” page.
The “Work Order Details” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The inspection schedule number for which work order details must be viewed. |

The maintainable object on which inspection must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”. |

The equipment or location on which inspection must be carried out. |

Generate WO With The Following Information |
Indicates whether you wish to generate a work order based on the inspection schedule with the following information. The system displays either “Yesor “No”. |

WO On |
Indicates the maintainable object on which you wish to create the work order. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location for which work order must be created. |
|
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Zoom facility available |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
Task / Proc. Code |
The task or the procedure that must be carried out for the work order. |
|
Type |
The type of the work order. |
|
Priority |
The priority or level of importance of the work order. |
|
Category |
The category of the work order. |

WO Status |
The status of the work order that must be created for the inspection schedule. The system displays “Fresh” or “Scheduled”. |

The login ID of the user who defined the work order information. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the work order information was defined. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the work order information. |
