This page allows you to view the period for which inspection need not be carried out on equipment or location. Tell me more

The “Off-Season” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

IS Template

The inspection schedule template number for which off-seasonal dates must be viewed.

 

The description of the template is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Off-Season” multiline:

From Date

The starting date from which inspection need not be carried out on the equipment/location.

To Date

The date till which inspection need not be carried out on the equipment/location.

Annual Recurring

Indicates whether inspection need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields every year or only for the current year. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Remarks

Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the inspection schedule template.

Created Date

The date and time at which the inspection schedule template was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the inspection schedule template.

Last Modified Date

View Inspection Schedule Template - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the period for which inspection need not be carried out on equipment or location. This period is otherwise referred to as “Off-Season”. You can view the off-seasonal period, such as the start and the end dates of the off-season, whether the off-seasonal period is applicable only to the current or every year and any additional information about specifying the period as off-seasonal.
