Location

The location of the equipment for which the lubrication checklist must be defined (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all locations similar to the location entered here.

Work Group

The work group, which is responsible for carrying out the lubrication (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or locations on which work groups similar to the work group entered here, are responsible for carrying out lubrication work.

On

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the lubrication charts defined for equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” or “Location”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve lubrication charts that have been defined for both equipment and location. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Code

The equipment or location for which you wish to retrieve the lubrication charts that have been defined (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or location codes similar to the code entered here.

Route

Use the drop-down list box to specify the route for which you wish to view the inspection checklist. The system fills in this field with all the routes that are defined in the “Create Route” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank if you do not wish to specify any route. The system displays the route that has been set as the master route in the “Set Options” activity.

From

The date starting from which you wish to view the inspection checklist (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to view the inspection check list (Date Format). Ensure that the date is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves in the “Lubrication Check List” multiline, the details of the lubrication that is due for the specified period.

Due Date

The date on which the inspection is due to be performed on the equipment or location.

Lub. On

The maintainable object on which lubrication must be done. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location for which you wish to view lubrication charts that are defined.

Desc.

The description of the equipment or location.

Inspection Point

The inspection point on the equipment or location on which lubrication must be performed.

Lub. Item Code

The code of the item that is used for lubrication.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Desc.

The description of the item.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item.

Qty.

The number of items required for carrying out the lubrication.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the lubrication.

Task / Proc. Code

The task or the procedure that must be carried out for the inspection.

Task / Proc ?

Indicates if the code entered in the “Task/Proc. Code” field is a task or a procedure.

Remarks

Any additional information about the lubrication that must be done.
