To search for the equipment or location for which lubrication chart must be viewed

Location

The location of the equipment for which you wish to retrieve the lubrication charts that have been defined (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all locations similar to the location entered here.

Work Group

The work group which is responsible for carrying out the lubrication (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or locations on which work groups similar to the work group entered here, is responsible for carrying out lubrication work.

On

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the lubrication charts defined for equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” or “Location”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve lubrication charts that have been defined for both equipment and location. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Code

The equipment or location for which you wish to retrieve the lubrication charts that have been defined (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or location codes similar to the code entered here.

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves in the “Lubrication Chart” multiline, the details of the lubrication charts that have already been defined.

Lub. On

The maintainable object on which lubrication must be done. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location for which you wish to view the lubrication charts that are defined.

Description

The description of the equipment or location.

Inspection Point

The inspection point on the equipment or location on which lubrication must be performed.

Interval

The period after which the lubrication must be carried out on the equipment or location.

Interval Unit

The unit of interval, which can be “Days”, “Weeks”, “Months” or “Years”.

Initial Date

The date on which the first lubrication must be carried out on the equipment or location.

Lub. Item Code

The code of the item that is required for carrying out the lubrication.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Description

The description of the item.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item.

Quantity

The number of items required for carrying out lubrication.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the lubrication.

Task/Proc. Code

The task or the procedure that must be carried out for the inspection.

Task/Proc?

Indicates if the code entered in the “Task/Proc. Code” field is a task or a procedure.

Remarks

Any additional information about the lubrication that must be done.
