Selecting a parameter for amending its value as on a specified date

Select Record For Amendment

This page allows you to retrieve the values for the selected parameter that have been updated during a specified period. Tell me more.

Select the hyperlinked equipment or location code in the “Select Parameter” page.

The “Select Record For Amendment” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Update On	The equipment or location for which the parameter value must be amended.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location for which parameter value must be amended.
	The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
Parameter	The parameter for which the value must be amended. The description of the parameter is displayed alongside. Zoom facility available.
Inspection Point	The inspection point on the equipment on which the parameter is measured.
	The description of the inspection point is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the parameter, if it is of type “Consumption” or “Range”.
Parameter Type	The type of the parameter, which can be “Consumption”, “Range” or “Attribute”.

Enter the period for which you wish to retrieve the parameter values that have been updated, in the “Date” field:

From	The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the parameter values that have been updated (Date Format).
To	The date till which you wish to retrieve the parameter values that have been updated (Date Format).

Click the “Show Parameter Values” pushbutton.

The system retrieves the parameter values that have been updated between the specified dates in the “Search Results” multiline. The system however does not retrieve the parameter values that have been updated by a meter reset, by its parent parameter, by a formula as well as attribute parameter values that have been defined as conditional parameters.

Date	The date on which the parameter value was last updated.
Time	The time at which the parameter value was last updated.
Value	The latest parameter value.
Delta/New	Indicates whether the value that is updated is an incrementing value or an absolute value.
Reported By	The login ID of the user who has updated the last value of the parameter.
Parameter Value	The current value of the parameter.
Update Mode	The mode by which the parameter value was updated. The system displays one of the following:
	Direct Update- If the parameter is updated manually.
	RTI Update – If the parameter is updated from the RTI.
	Amendment - If the parameter is updated by an amendment of the parameter value.
	Inspection Order – If the range or attribute parameter was updated by an inspection order.
Transaction No.	The number of the transaction that has updated the parameter value. This field would be displayed only if the parameter value was updated by an amendment, by an inspection order or through the RTI.
Remarks	Any additional information about the parameter being updated.

Click the hyperlinked date in the multiline to amend the parameter value recorded.

Select Record For Amendment – An overview

This page allows you to retrieve the values for the selected parameter that have been updated during a specified period. You can enter the dates for which you wish to retrieve the parameter values. The system retrieves in the multiline, the parameter values that have been updated during the specified period. You can then select the parameter value, which you wish to amend.

What you can do in this page

Select parameter value updated during a specified period

Enter the starting date from which you wish to retrieve the parameters that have been updated in the “From” field.
Enter the date till which you wish to retrieve the parameters that have been updated in the “To” field.
Click the “Show Parameter Values” pushbutton.

The system retrieves the parameter values that have been updated between the specified dates in the “Search Results” multiline.
