Viewing parameter amendment details

This page allows you to view the details of the parameter amendment. Tell me more.

Select the “View Amendment Details” link in the “Select Amendment” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked amendment number in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Parameter Amendment Details” page appears.

Enter the following field, if you wish to view the amendment details of an amendment other than the one selected in the previous page.

Amendment No.	The number of the amendment transaction for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>.

The system displays the following fields:

Date	The date on which the equipment has been updated.
Desc.	The description of the amendment that was done.
	Zoom facility available.
Update On	The maintainable object for which the parameter was amended. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location for which the parameter value was amended.
	The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the parameter.
Parameter	The parameter for which the value has been amended. The description of the parameter is displayed alongside. Zoom facility available.
Inspection Point	The inspection point on which the parameter was measured.
	The description of the inspection point is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
Parameter Type	The type of the parameter, which can be “Consumption”, “Range” or “Attribute”.

The system displays the following fields under the “Original (Before Amendment)” column:

Date	The date on which the parameter was last updated.
Value	The value of the parameter.
Reported By	The employee ID of the user who last updated the parameter value.
Remarks	Any additional information about the updation that was done on the parameter.

The system displays the following fields in the “New (After Amendment)” column:

Date	The date on which the parameter value was amended.
Value	The amended value of the parameter.
Reported By	The employee ID of the user who amended the parameter value.
Remarks	The reason for amending the parameter value.
	Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the amendment transaction.
Created Date	The date and time on which the amendment transaction was created.
Modified By	In this activity, the system displays the login ID of the user who created the amendment transaction.
Modified Date	In this activity, the system displays the date and time on which the amendment transaction was created.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Affected Parameters” link from the bottom of the page to view the parameters that are affected by the amendment.
