Selecting the meter reset for viewing

This page allows you to select the meter reset for viewing the details. Tell me more.

Select the “View Meter Reset” link under the “Parameter Log” business component.

The “Select Meter Reset” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the transaction number of the meter reset you wish to view:

Transaction No.

The transaction number of the meter reset.

Select the “View Meter Reset Details” link provided alongside, to view the details of the meter reset.

To search for the meter reset

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the meter reset:

Transaction No.	The transaction number of the meter reset that is done (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all transactions with number similar to the number entered here.
Desc.	The description of the meter reset (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all transactions with description similar to the description entered here.
Parameter	The parameter of the equipment or location for which you wish to view the meter reset details (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves all equipment or location to which parameters similar to the parameter entered here, is attached.
Update On	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the meter reset details of a parameter belonging to an equipment or location. The system provides the options “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays “Equipment”, by default.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location, for which you wish to view the meter reset details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all equipment or location with code similar to the code entered here.

Enter the following fields in the “Transaction Date” field, to search for meter resets that have been recorded in the system on a specific date:

From	The date starting from which you wish to view the details of the meter resets that have been recorded in the system (Date Format).
To	The date till which you wish to view the details of meter resets that have been recorded in the system (Date Format).

Enter the following fields in the “Meter Reset Date” field, to search for meter resets that have been done on a specific date:

From	The date starting from which you wish to view the details of the meter resets that have been done (Date Format).
To	The date till which you wish to view the details of meter resets that have been done (Date Format).

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to search for the meter reset.

The system retrieves the details of the meter reset in the “Search Results” multiline:

Transaction No.	The transaction number retrieved by the system.
Date	The date on which the meter reset details has been recorded in the system.
Desc.	The reason for which the meter has been reset.
Update On	The maintainable object, whose parameter has been reset. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location retrieved by the system.
Parameter	The consumption parameter retrieved by the system.
Meter Reset Date	The date on which the meter has been reset.

Click the hyperlinked transaction number in the multiline, to view its meter reset details.

Selecting the meter reset for viewing – An overview

This page allows you to select the meter reset for viewing the details. You can search for the meter reset based on the following fields:

The equipment or location for which the meter reset was done on the parameter.
The description of the equipment or location.
The location of the equipment.
The parameter for which the meter reset has been done.

Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the meter resets that have already been done. The system retrieves the details such as the transaction number of the meter reset, the date on which the meter reset was done, the parameter for which the meter was reset along with the equipment or location to which it belongs, the date on which the meter reset was done on the parameter and the date on which it was recorded in the system.
