Viewing parameters affected by amendment

This page allows you to view the details of the parameter that are affected due to the amendment done. Tell me more.

Select the “View Affected Parameters” link from the bottom of the “View Parameter Amendment” page.

The “View Affected Parameter Values” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Amendment No.	The number identifying the amendment transaction for which you wish to view the affected parameters.
Date	The date on which the amendment was done on the parameter.
Code	The equipment or location for which the parameter value is amended.
Update On	The maintainable object for which the parameter value is amended. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Parameter	The parameter, the amendment of which has affected other parameters.
Inspection Point	The inspection point on which the parameter is measured.
Desc.	The description or the reason for which the amendment is done.

The system displays the following fields in the “Affected Parameters” multiline:

Code	The equipment or location to which the affected parameter belongs.
Parameter	The parameter that is affected by the amended parameter.
Inspection Point	The inspection point on which the parameter is measured.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the parameter.
Delta / New	Indicates whether the parameter was updated by an incrementing value or an absolute value.
Original Value	The value of the parameter before it was amended.
New Value	The amended value of the parameter.
Original Date	The date on which the parameter was last updated before the amendment.
Time	The time at which the parameter was last updated.
Reported By	The login ID of the user who last updated the parameter value.
New Date	The date on which the parameter was affected due to the amendment.
Time	The time at which the parameter was affected due to the amendment.
Parameter Value	The value of the affected parameter after the amendment.

Viewing parameters affected by amendment – An overview

This page allows you to view the parameters that are affected because of the amendment that is done on the parameter value. The system displays the following details of the parameters that are affected:

The parameter along with the inspection point and the equipment or location to which it belongs.
The unit of measurement of the parameter.
Whether an incrementing value or a new value updated the parameter. If it is an incrementing value, the system displays the value.
The value of the parameter, before it was affected by the parameter amendment.
The value of the parameter, after it was affected by the parameter amendment.
The date and time on which the parameter was last updated before the amendment.
The employee ID of the user who last updated the parameter value.
The date and time on which the parameter was updated due to the amendment.
