You can specify a staggered schedule for the service requirements of a work order. Tell me more
Select the “Staggered Schedule” link from the bottom of the “WO Service Requirements” page.
The “WO Service Schedule Detailing” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The work order for which the service is required. |

Date |
The date on which the work order is created. |

Status |
The status of the work order which can be ”Fresh” or “Waitppr”. |

Desc. |
The description of the work order. |

Zoom facility available. |

WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location for which the work order is raised. |

WO Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the work order is scheduled to start. |

WO Sch. Completion Date |
The date on which the work order is scheduled to complete. |
Enter the following fields in the “Service Details” group box:

Line No |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number for which you wish specify the staggered schedule. The system lists all the line numbers from the multiline of the “WO Service Requirements” page for which the “Schedule Type” field is set to “Staggered”. |

The service required for carrying out the work order. |

The variant of the service code. |

The description of the service. |

The unit of measurement of the service. |

The total quantity that is estimated for carrying out the service. |
Enter the following fields in the “Schedule” multiline:

Date |
The date on which the service is required (Date Format). Ensure that the date is unique in the multiline and is not earlier than the date displayed in the “WO Sch. Start Date” field. |

Sch. Qty. |
The scheduled quantity of service that is required (Decimal). The quantity cannot be negative. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the multiline row for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline to delete the selected rows.
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the schedules dates.
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who created the staggered schedule. |

The date and time at which the staggered schedule was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the staggered schedule. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the staggered schedule was last modified. |

You can specify the dates on which the service is required in a staggered schedule.
Enter the staggered dates and the quantity of service required on each date, in the “Date” and “Sch. Quantity” fields in the “Schedule” multiline.
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
WO Service Schedule Detailing – An overview
You can specify a staggered schedule for the service requirements of a work order. You can select the line number for which the staggered schedule must be specified and specify the dates for the schedule in the multiline.
You can specify a staggered schedule by entering the dates and the quantity of service that is required on each date. The staggered schedule can be defined only for a service for which the schedule type has been set to “Staggered” in the “WO Service Requirements” page.
