View Material Inclusion / Exclusion

This page allows you to view the items that are included to and the items that are excluded from being issued to the supplier for carrying out the service for preventive maintenance. You can select the service line number for which you wish to view the inclusion and exclusion details. Viewing the inclusion and exclusion list for services in a preventive maintenance.
Select the “View Material Inclusion / Exclusion” link from the bottom of the “Service Requirement” page.
The “View Material Inclusion / Exclusion” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The preventive maintenance for which the service is required. |

The description of the preventive maintenance. |
|

Zoom facility available |

PM On |
The maintainable object for which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. |

Code |
The equipment or location for which preventive maintenance is required. |

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Enter the following field in the "Service Details" group box:

Line No |
Use the drop-down list box to select the service line number for which you wish view the inclusion and exclusion details. The system lists all the line numbers for which inclusion and exclusion list is defined. |
The system displays the following fields:

Service Code |
The service required for carrying out the preventive maintenance. |

Service Variant |
The variant of the service code. |
|
Service Desc. |
The description of the service. |
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the service. |
|
Request Qty. |
The total quantity that is requested for the service. |
The system displays following fields in the “Inclusion / Exclusion List” multiline:

Type |
Indicates whether the item must be included to or excluded from being issued to the supplier. |

Item / Group |
Indicates whether the item to be specified in the list is an item or belongs to a group. The system displays either “Item” or “Group”. |

Item / Group Code |
The item group included in the list. |
|
Item |
The item included in the list. |
|
Item Variant |
The variant of the item |
|
Desc. |
The description of the item – variant. |
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the list. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the list was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the list. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the list was last modified. |
