The system displays the following fields:

The quantity that is to be issued to the vendor for service |

Indicates whether the item is issued to the vendor for service. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |

The inventory organizational unit from which the item must be issued. |

Warehouse Code |
The warehouse of the item. |

The description of the item – variant combination. |

View Material Issue List – An overview
This page allows you to view the list of items that are required for carrying out the service. You can select the line number for which you wish to view the issue list. You can view the following details of the issue list:
The item and the variant to be issued.
The quantity to be issued.
The unit of measurement of the item.
whether the item must be issued to the supplier or not, for carrying out the service. If the item is issued, the inventory organization unit (OU) and the warehouse of the item is displayed.
