The employee ID of the user who created the request. |

The date on which the request was created. |

The time at which the request was created. |
Service Request References – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of service requests raised for the service requirements of the plan. The system displays the following details:
The plan for which the request has been raised
The line number identifying a unique service requirement
The request number and the employee ID of the requester.
The requested quantity and the unit of measurement.
The service – variant combination for which the request has been raised.
The description of the service
The employee ID of the user who has created the request and the date and time at which the request was created.
