Select the “View Service Requirement” from the bottom of the “View Procedure” page.
The “View Service Requirement” page appears.
Enter the following field to retrieve the service requirements for a procedure other than the procedure selected in the previous page:

Procedure Code |
The procedure for which service requirements must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the service requirements of the procedure. The description of the procedure is displayed alongside. |

Status |
The status of the procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
The system displays the service requirements for the procedure in the “Services” multiline:

The description of the service. |

The bill of material, which consists the details of the material, that is required for the service. |

The estimated number of services required for carrying out the procedure. |

Est. Unit Cost |
The unit rate per hour of the service. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the service being utilized for carrying out the procedure. |

Supervisor |
The employee ID of the user who is in charge of supervising the service. |

Preferred Supplier |
The supplier to whom the contract is provided. |

Name |
The name of the preferred supplier. |

The login ID of the user who defined the service requirements was defined. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the service requirements was defined. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the service requirements was defined. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the service requirements was last modified. |

Select the “View Material Issue List” link from the bottom of the page to view the items that are required for the service.
Select the “View Inclusion / Exclusion List” link from the bottom of the page to view the items that are required as well as those that are not required for carrying out the service.

This page allows you to view the details of the services that are required for carrying out a procedure. You can view the following details of the service requirements:
The line number identifying a unique service requirement
The service code and its variant.
The description of the service
The bill of material which consists of the details of the items that are required for carrying out the service.
The unit of measurement of the service.
The estimated quantity of the service that is required for carrying out the procedure.
The cost per unit of utilizing the service.
The supervisor who is incharge of supervising the service.
The name of the supplier who provides the service.
Any additional information about the service.
