This page allows you to view the list of items that are required for carrying out the service for a work order. Tell me more
Select the “View Material Issue List” link from the bottom of the “View WO Service Estimate” page.
The “View Material Issue List” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

WO No. |
The work order for which the issue list must be viewed. |

Date |
The date of the work order. |
|
Status |
The status of the work order. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the work order. |
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |
Enter the following detail in the "Service Details" group box:

Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number, which indicates the “Service Code – Variant” combination, for which you wish to view the issue list. The system lists all the line numbers for which the issue list has been defined. |
The system retrieves the following details of the line number that is selected in the ”Line No.” field:

Service Code |
The service required for carrying out the work order. |

Service Variant |
The variant of the service code. |
|
Service Desc. |
The description of the service. |
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the service. |
|
Total Est. Qty. |
The total quantity that is estimated for the service. |
|
Sch. Type |
The type of the schedule, based on which the quantity is required. The system displays either “Actual” or “Staggered”. |

Need Date |
If the schedule type is “Actual”, the date on which the quantity is needed. |
The system displays the following fields in the “List Of Items” mulitline:

Item Code |
The item that is required for carrying out the service. |

Variant |
The variant of the item |
|
Issue Qty. |
The quantity that is to be issued to the supplier for service. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the service. |

Issue? |
Indicates whether the item is issued from your inventory to the supplier for service. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |

Issue From |
The inventory organizational unit from which the item must be issued. |
|
Warehouse Code |
The warehouse of the item. |
|
Issue Date |
The date on which the service was issued to the supplier. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the item – variant combination. |

The login ID of the user who created the issue list. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the issue list was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the issue list. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the issue list was last modified. |
Viewing the service issue list for a work order – An overview
This page allows you to view the list of items that are required for carrying out the service for a work order. You can select the line number for which you wish to view the issue list. You can view the following details of the issue list:
The item that may be required, along with its variant.
The quantity to be issued.
The unit of measurement of the item.
Whether the item must be issued to the supplier or not, for carrying out the service. If the item is issued, the inventory organization unit (OU) and the warehouse of the item must be specified.
