This page allows you to view the details of service requests raised for the work order service requirements. Tell me more
Select the “Request References” link from the bottom of the “Schedule WO Services” page.

The date on which the work order was created. |

The status of the work order. |

The description of the work order. |

WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

The equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |

Sch. Start On |
The date on which the work order is scheduled to start. |

Sch. Compl. On |
The date on which the work order is scheduled to be completed. |

Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the service line number for which the requests must be viewed.. The system lists all the line numbers for which service requirements have been defined. |
The system displays the following fields in the “References” mulitline:

SCR No. |
The number of the request, raised for procuring service. |

Created By |
The employee ID of the user who created the request. |
|
Date |
The date on which the request was created. |
|
Sch. Compl. On |
The time at which the request was created. |
Work Order Service Request References – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of service requests raised for the work order service requirements. The system displays the following details:
The work order for which the request has been raised
The line number identifying a unique service requirement
The request number and the employee ID of the requester.
The requested quantity and the unit of measurement.
The service for which the request has been raised, along with its variant.
The description of the service
The employee ID of the user who created the request and the date and time at which the request was created.
