This page enables you to set options for service.
Select the “Option Setting” link under the “Service” business component.
The “Option Setting” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Request Numbering Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type based on which the service requests must be numbered (Alphanumeric, 10). The system fills in this field with all the numbering types that are defined in the “Create Numbering Type” activity of the “Numbering Class” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. |

Receipt Numbering Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type based on which the service receipts must be numbered. The system fills in this field with all the numbering types that are defined in the “Create Numbering Type” activity of the “Numbering Class” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to set the options.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who set the options. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the options were set. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the options. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the options were last modified. |
