This activity allows you to set the options for the various fields in the activities. Tell me more.
Select the “Set Options” link under the “Tools” business component.
The “Set Options” page appears.
Enter either of the following fields:

Tool Calendar Code |
The calendar to indicate the number of hours for which the tool is available for carrying out maintenance activities (Alphanumeric, 5). Ensure that the calendar code is already defined in the “Time Management” component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solution and is in the “Active” status. |

Maximum Availability (Hrs./Day) |
The maximum number of hours in a day for which the tool is available (Decimal). |
Click the “Set” pushbutton to save the option settings.
Note: The system updates the option settings and fills in the details in the “Record Statistics” group box.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who set the options. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the options were set. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the options. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the options were last modified. |
