This activity allows you to view the details of the tool types that are already defined. Tell me more.
Select the “View Tool Types” link under the “Tools” business component.
The “View Tool Types” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a tool type. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Tool type |
The tool type for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the tool type in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the tool types that are similar to the value entered here. |

Description |
Enter the full or part of the description of the tool type to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). The system retrieves all the tool types for which the descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the tool type to be viewed. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the tool types that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of tool types irrespective of their status. The system sets the field as “Active” by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The tool type defined in the system. |

The textual description of the tool type. |

Status |
The status of the tool type, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the tool type. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the tool type. |

The date and time at which the tool type was last modified. |

Last Modified Time |
The time at which the tool type was last modified. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the tool type. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the tool type was created. |
|
Created Time |
The time at which the tool type was created. |
