In this page, you can retrieve resolutions that are already defined for a problem code in a trouble-shooting guide. You can carry out a search based on the equipment and the problem code for which you wish to retrieve the resolutions. The system retrieves all the trouble-shooting guides, which are attached to the equipment for the specific problem. You can then select a trouble-shooting guide and retrieve all the tasks that have been attached as resolutions to it. If a procedure is attached as a resolution for that problem code in the trouble-shooting guide, the system retrieves all the tasks that belong to the procedure in the multiline and also indicates the procedure code in the “Procedure Reference” field.
Select the “Help On TSG” link in the “Create Work Order” page.
The “Help On Resolutions” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a resolution. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

The equipment for which you wish to retrieve the trouble-shooting guides that have been mapped. (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves all trouble-shooting guides attached to the equipment and having the problem code entered in the “Problem Code” field. |

Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system fills in the following field:

TSG Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the trouble-shooting guide for which you wish to view the resolutions that have been attached. The system fills in all the trouble-shooting guides that have been attached to the equipment specified in the “Equipment” field having the problem specified in the “Problem Code” field. |

Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the task.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
