This page allows you to view the problem codes that are already defined.

The “View Problem Codes” page appears.

Problem Code

The problem code to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the problem code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all problem codes that are similar to the value entered here.

Desc.

The description of the problem to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all problem codes whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the problem code to be viewed. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all problem codes irrespective of their statuses. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Std. Problem

Use the drop-down list box and set the field as “Yes” to retrieve standard problem codes. Set the field as “No” to retrieve non-standard problem codes. Leave the field blank to retrieve all problem codes. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Problem Code

The problem code retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the problem code.

Status

The status of the problem code, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Std. Problem

Indicates whether the problem is standard or non-standard in nature. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • Yes – Standard problem code

 
  • No –Non-standard problem code

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the problem code.

Created Date

The date on which the problem code was created.

Created Time

The time at which the problem code was created.

Last Mod. By

The login ID of the user who last modified the problem code.

Last Mod. Date

The date on which the problem code was last modified.

Last Mod. Time

The time at which the problem code was last modified.
