In this page, you can select a failure analysis number for viewing. Tell me more.
Select the “View Failure Analysis Record” link under the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.
The “Select Failure Analysis Record” page appears.
To search for a failure analysis number
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a failure analysis number:

Failure Analysis No. |
The number of the failure analysis, for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the failure analysis numbers that are similar to the number entered here. |

Prepared By |
The employee ID of the user who performed the analysis (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the employee ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all failure analysis records, carried out by users with similar employee IDs. |
Enter the following fields to search for analysis numbers based on the “Prepared On” field:

From Date |
The starting date of the failure analysis (Date Format). |

To Date |
The ending date of the failure analysis (Date Format). |

Analysis Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the failure analysis done on equipment or on the problems that occur on the equipment. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Problem Codes” and displays “Equipment”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
If the “Analysis Type” field is “Equipment”, the system retrieves the failure analysis numbers in the “Analysis - By Eqp.” multiline:

Select Failure Analysis Record – An overview

In this page, you can select a failure analysis number for viewing. You can select a failure analysis number by carrying out a search based on the failure analysis number, the employee ID of the user who performed the failure analysis or the analysis period. You can also retrieve failure analysis details based on the type of the analysis performed, that is whether the analysis was done on the equipment or on the problems that occur on the equipment. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the failure analysis numbers of both equipmentwise failure analysis and problem codewise analysis.
