In this page, you can view the resolutions that are attached to the problem codes of the trouble-shooting guide. You can select a problem code and view the resolutions that are attached to it. The system displays the tasks that are attached as resolutions to the selected problem code along with the task description.
Select the "View Resolutions" link from the bottom of the "View Trouble Shooting Guide" page.
The “View Resolutions” page appears.

Problem Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the problem code for which you wish to view the resolutions. The system lists all the problem codes that are associated with the trouble-shooting guide in the “Associate Problem Codes” page of the “Modify Trouble Shooting Guide” activity. The system retrieves the resolutions of the first problem code in the multiline. |
