This page allows you to select the maintenance plan for closing. Tell me more.
Select the “Close Maintenance Plan” link under the “EAM Turnaround Maintenance Plan” business component.
The “Select Maintenance Plan” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Direct Entry” group box if you know the maintenance plan to be closed:

Plan No. |
The number of the plan that must be closed (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Select the “Maintenance Plan Details” link provided alongside the Plan No. field.
To search for a maintenance plan
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box if you wish to search for the maintenance plan to be closed:

Plan No. |
The number of the plan to be closed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the plan number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all plans whose plan numbers are similar to the plan number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the plan (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all plans whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Plan Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the plan. The system lists all the plan types that have been defined in the “Define Plan Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve plans irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Plan Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the plan. The system lists all the plan categories that have been defined in the “Define Plan Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve plans irrespective of the category. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the results of the search criteria in the “Search Results” multiline:

Click the hyperlinked plan number in the multiline, to close the maintenance plan.
Selecting maintenance plan for closing – An overview
This page allows you to select the maintenance plan for closing. You can enter the plan directly. Otherwise you can select the plan by carrying out a search based on the plan, its description, the plan type and category. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves all the plans that are in the “Confirmed” status for closure.
