This page allows you to define the shutdown task list that specifies the tasks. Tell me more.
Select the "Edit Shutdown Jobs List” link in the “Select Equipment / Location” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked equipment or location code in the multiline in the same page.
The “Edit Shutdown Jobs List” page appears.
Enter the following fields, if you wish to define the shutdown task list for equipment/location other than the equipment/location selected in the previous page.
Task List On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to define shutdown task list on equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays “Equipment”, by default. |
Code |
The equipment or location for which you wish to define shutdown task list (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Equipment” in the “Task List On” field, ensure that the equipment is already defined in the “Create Equipment” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component and is in the “Active” status. If you have specified “Location” in the “Task List On” field, ensure that the location is already defined in the “Create Location” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and is in the “Active” status. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to copy the shutdown task list from equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system displays “Equipment” by default. |
Code |
The equipment or location from which you wish to copy the details of the shutdown task list (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Equipment” in the “Copy From” field, ensure that the equipment is already defined in the “Create Equipment” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component. If you have specified “Location” in the “Copy From” field, ensure that the location is already defined in the “Create Location” business component. . Also ensure that you do not enter the same equipment or location for which you wish to define shutdown task list. |

Click the “Copy” pushbutton.
The system copies the shutdown list of the equipment or location and refreshes the multiline with the copied details.
The system retrieves the already entered tasks and procedures (if any), in the multiline. You can enter more tasks by entering the following fields:

The task or procedure that must be performed on shutting down the plant (Alphanumeric, 30). If you are specifying a task, ensure that it is a standard task and is already defined in the “Create Task” activity of the “Task” business component and is in the “Active” status. If you are specifying procedure, ensure that the procedure is already defined in the “Create Procedure” activity of the “Task” business component and is in the “Active” status. |

The system displays the following fields in the “Shutdown Work List” multiline:

Enter the following field:
Duration |
The number of hours required for the completion of the task or procedure (Decimal). Ensure that the duration is not negative. |
The system displays the following field:
Type |
The type of the task. |
TP Flag |
Indicates whether the identifier entered in the “Task/Procedure” field is a task or a procedure. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the task or procedure for deleting it from the shutdown task list.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline, to delete the tasks or procedures selected in the multiline.
Note: The system deletes those tasks or procedures, which have been marked for deletion.
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
Note: The system saves the details of the shut down task list that have been defined for the equipment or location.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” multiline

The date and time at which the shutdown task list was created. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the shutdown task list. |

Defining shutdown work list – An overview
This page allows you to define the shutdown task list that specifies the tasks that must be performed while shutting down equipment or a location. You can define the shutdown task list by specifying the tasks and/or the procedures and by specifying the duration for which the task or procedure must be performed. You can also copy the details of the shutdown task list from another equipment or location.
The system saves the shutdown task list for the equipment or location along with the details of the user who created and modified the shutdown list and the date and time of creation and modification.
Specify a shut down work list by copying the details from an existing list.
Specify a shut down work list by copying the details from an existing list.
You can specify the shutdown work list for an equipment or location by copying the already defined shutdown work list from another equipment or location.
Specify “Equipment” in the “Copy From” drop-down list box if you wish to copy the shutdown task list of equipment.
Specify “Location” in the “Copy From” drop-down list box if you wish to copy the shutdown task list of location.
Enter the equipment or location from which the shutdown work list has to be copied in the “Code” field.
Click the “Copy” pushbutton.
The system copies the shutdown list of the equipment or location and refreshes the multiline.
