This activity allows you to set the options for scheduling. Tell me more.
Select the “Set Function Parameters” link under the “Maintenance Plan Scheduling” business component.
The “Set Function Parameters” page appears.
Select one of the following options in the “If A File With the Plan Name Found In MSP” field:

Always overwrite the file |
Click this option if you wish to overwrite the plan details in Microsoft Project in case the plan was already scheduled. If this option is selected, the previously scheduled details of the plan will be overwritten in Microsoft Project. |

Do not overwrite the file |
Click this option if you do not wish to overwrite the plan in case the plan was already scheduled in Microsoft Project. |
Select one of the following options in the “If the Plan has been Modified After Exporting” field:

Allow Import of Data |
Click this option if you wish to allow the import of the scheduled details of the plan from Microsoft Project in spite of the plan being changed after exporting. |

Do not allow Import of data |
Click this option if you do not wish to allow the import of the scheduled details of the plan from Microsoft Project if the plan has been changed after exporting. |
Select one of the following options in the “Option For Data From Proj Management Application” field.

Update the data directly |
Click this option if you wish to update the scheduled data directly into the application without the need for clicking the “Import From MSP” pushbutton in the “Schedule Maintenance Plan” and “Schedule Maintenance Plan – Transactions” pages in “Schedule Maintenance Plan” activity. |

Do Not Update the data directly |
Click this option if you do not wish to update the scheduled data directly into the application. Updation is possible only when you click the “Import From MSP” pushbutton in the “Schedule Maintenance Plan” activity. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who set the options. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the options were set. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the options. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the options were last modified |
