Using Online Help

You can select a task category in this screen. You can search for a task category by providing filter criteria based on the task category, its description and the status.

The “Help On Task Categories” page appears.

Category

The task category for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the task category in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the task categories similar to the task category entered here.

Desc.

The description of the task category for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the task categories whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the task category. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve task categories irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default.

Note: The system lists all the tasks in the multiline, if all the fields are left blank.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Category

The task category retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the task category.

Status

The status of the task category, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.
