Viewing other resource requirements of the procedure

This page allows you to view the other resources specified to the procedure selected in the main page. Tell me more.

Select the “View Other Resource Requirement” link from the bottom of the “View Procedure”.

The "View Other Resource Requirement” page appears.

Enter the following field, if you wish to view the other resources for a procedure other than the procedure selected in the previous page:

Procedure	The procedure for which you wish to view the resource details (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the revision numbers of the procedure entered in this page, in the “Revision No.” drop-down list box. The system displays the description of the procedure alongside.

Note: By default, the system retrieves all the tasks that belong to the latest revision number of the procedure in the "Other Res Reqt." drop-down list box. The additional resources that are specified for the latest revision of the procedure are listed in the multiline

Enter the following field:

Revision No.	Use the drop-down list box to select the revision number of the procedure for which you wish to view the resource details. The system displays the latest revision number of the procedure by default.
	Based on the option selected in the “Revision No.” field, the system retrieves the tasks belonging to the selected revision of the procedure, in the “Other Res. Reqt” drop-down list box.
Revised On	The date on which the selected revision was exercised on the procedure.

Enter the following field:

Other Res. Reqt.	Use the drop-down list box and select “Additional Requirements”, to view the resources specified to the procedure. If you wish to view the resources specified to a task belonging to the procedure, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Additional Requirements” by default.
The system displays the following fields in the “Other Res.” multiline:
Other Res. Code	The resource specified to the task or to the procedure.
Desc.	The description of the resource.
Duration In Hrs.	The number of hours for which the resource is required.
Qty. (Nos.)	The number of resources required.
Res. Cost / Hr.	The unit cost per hour of the resource.

Viewing other resource requirements of the procedure – An overview

This page allows you to view the other resources specified to the procedure selected in the main page. You can also directly enter a procedure, other than the procedure selected in the main page and view its resources.

You can view the additional resources specified to a particular revision of the procedure, or to the tasks belonging to a particular revision of the procedure, in the following manner:

Specify the procedure for which the resource details must be viewed
The system retrieves the revision numbers of the procedure, from which you should select a revision number.
The tasks, if any, belonging to the selected revision of the procedure are retrieved by the system, from which you select the task for which you wish to view the resource details. If you do not select a task, the system displays the additional resources that are specified to the procedure.

The details of the other resources, such as its description, the number of hours for which the resource is required, the number of resources and the unit cost of the resource per hour, are displayed in the multiline.
