This page allows you to view the spare parts specified to the procedure selected in the previous page. Tell me more.
Select the “View Spare part Requirement” link from the bottom of the “View Procedure” page.
The "View Spare Part Requirement” page appears.
Enter the following field, if you wish to view the spare parts for a procedure other than the procedure selected in the previous page:
Procedure |
The procedure for which you wish to view the spare part details (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the revision numbers of the procedure entered in this page, in the "Revision No." drop-down list box. The system displays the description of the procedure alongside. |

Note: By default, the system retrieves all the tasks that belong to the latest revision number of the procedure in the "Spare Part Reqt." drop-down list box. The additional spare parts that are specified for the latest revision of the procedure are listed in the multiline
Enter the following field:

Use the drop-down list box to select the revision number of the procedure for which you wish to view the spare part details. The system displays the latest revision number by default. |
Based on the option selected in the “Revision No.” field, the system retrieves the tasks belonging to the selected revision of the procedure, in the “Spare Part Reqt” drop-down list box. |

Use the drop-down list box and select “Additional Requirements”, to view the spare parts specified to the procedure. If you wish to view the spare parts specified to a task belonging to the procedure, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Additional Requirements” by default. |

View Spare Part Requirement – An overview
This page allows you to view the spare parts specified to the procedure selected in the previous page. You can also directly enter a procedure other than the procedure selected in the previous page, and view its spare parts.
You can view the additional spare parts specified to a particular revision of the procedure, or to the tasks belonging to a particular revision of the procedure, in the following manner:
Specify the procedure for which the specified spare parts are to be viewed
The system retrieves the revision numbers of the procedure, from which you should select a revision number.
The tasks, if any, belonging to the selected revision of the procedure are retrieved, from which you select the task for which you wish to view the spare part details. If you do not select a task, the system displays the additional spare parts that are specified to the procedure.
The details of standard spare parts, such as its item number, variant, description, the unit of measurement, the number of spare parts required and the unit cost of the spare part are displayed in the multiline. The details of non-standard spare parts such as its description, unit of measurement, the total number of spares required and the estimated unit cost of the spare part are also displayed.
