Create Other Resource – A summary of the activity

Other resources refer to the user-defined resources other than employees, skills, and tools, required for the execution of work orders. The special facilities/accessories required to carry out a task can be grouped under ‘Other resources’ category. For example, forklift trucks and hoist cranes can be termed as ‘Other resources’.

You can create the ‘Other resource’ by specifying the code, status, hourly rate, the quantity (in nos.) and remarks.

The system creates the ‘Other resource’, stores the login ID of the currently logged in user and sets the created date and time to the system date and time.
