In this page, you can search for a work group by providing filter criteria, and select the work group from the results that are displayed.
Click the lens icon next to the “Work Group” field in the main page.
The “Help On Work Group” page appears.
Enter the following search criteria to search for a work group:

Work Group |
The identifier of the work group (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the work groups whose values are similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the work groups. |

Desc. |
The description of the work group (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work groups with similar descriptions. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work group. The system lists all the types that are defined for work group in the “Define Common Type” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” component. Leave the field blank to retrieve all types of work group. The system leaves the field blank by default. |

Group Leader |
The group leader of the work group (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the group leader in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work groups whose group leader is similar to the group leader entered here. |

Planning Group |
The planning group to which the work group belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the planning group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the work groups, belonging to the planning groups containing values similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve work groups that belong to all the planning groups. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work group. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the work groups irrespective of their status. The system sets this field to “Active” by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Groups” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Work Group |
The identifier of the work group. |

The textual description of the work group. |

Type |
The type to which the work group belongs. |

Group Leader |
The group leader of the work group. |

Planning Group |
The planning group to which the work group belongs. |
|
Status |
The status of the work group, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the work group.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
