View Other Resources In Work Group

This page allows you to view the details of other resources associated to the work group selected in the main page. The system also allows you to directly enter a work group other than the work group selected in the previous page, and view the other resources associated to it.
Select the “View Other Resources In Work Group” link from the bottom of the main page.
The “View Other Resources In Work Group” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view the details of a work group other than the work group selected in the previous page:

Work Group |
The work group for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the description, type, status, planning group along with the other resources that are associated to the work group. |

Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following fields:

Status |
The status of the work group, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
|
Planning Group |
The planning group responsible for planning the activities of the work group. |
|
The description of the planning group is displayed alongside. |
|
|
Zoom facility available. |
|
|
Type |
The type of the work group. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Other Res.” multiline:

Other Res. |
The other resource associated to the work group. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the other resource as defined in the “Add other resource” activity of the “Resources” business component. |

Qty. (Nos.) |
The total number of other resources that are associated to the work group. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the other resources in the context of this work group. |
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the work group. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time at which the work group was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who has associated other resources to the work group. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the other resources have been associated to the work group. |
