Recording actuals for stock deliverables produced from the work order

Stock Delivery Actuals

This page allows you to record the details of stock deliverables that have been produced while carrying out the work order. Tell me more.

Select the “Stock Delivery Actuals” link from the bottom of the “Work Order Actuals” page.

The “Stock Delivery Actuals” page appears.

If you wish to record stock deliverables for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

WO No.	The work order for which you wish to record the stock deliverables (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available
The system displays the following field:
WO Status	The status of the work order.

Note: You can record the actuals for stock deliverables produced on a work order only when it is in the "Scheduled", "Deferred", "Interrupted", "In progress" or "Completed" status.

The system displays the following fields:

WO On	The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location.
	The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available
Planning Group	The planning group of the work order.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.
Sch. Start Date	The date on which the work order was scheduled to start.
Sch. Compl. Date	The date on which the work order was scheduled to complete.
Act. Start Date	The actual start date and time of the work order.
Act. Compl. Date	The date and time at which the work order was completed.
The system retrieves in the “Deliverable Items” the stock deliverables that are used for the work order:
Item	The item code of the material that will be issued to inventory (Alphanumeric, 32). Help facility available.
Variant	The variant of the item (Alphanumeric, 8).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the “Description” field in the multiline.
The system displays the following field in the multiline:
Desc.	The description of the item and variant combination.

Enter the following field in the multiline:

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the unit of measurement is already defined in the ”UOM Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields for a standard spare part:

Scheduled Qty.

The scheduled quantity specified for the work order.

Enter the following field:

Produced Qty.	The number of items that are fabricated (Decimal). Ensure that the quantity is not negative. Also ensure that the quantity entered here is not less than the quantity displayed in the “Stock Received Qty.” field.
	The system displays the following field:
Stock Received Qty.	The number of items that are received by the inventory.

Enter the following fields:

Warehouse	The warehouse of the item (Alphanumeric, 10). Data entry in this field is mandatory if an item is entered in the “Item” field. Ensure that the warehouse is already defined in the “Storage Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. Help facility available.
Item Status	The status of the item as it is available in inventory (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the item status is already defined in the “Item Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. If you leave this field blank, the system displays “Accepted” by default. Help facility available.
Cost / Unit	The cost per unit of the item (Decimal). Data entry in this field is mandatory if the costing method for stock deliverables is set as “User Specified Cost” in the “Options” activity of the “Work Order” business component. If it is set as “Standard Cost”, the system considers the standard cost that is defined for the item in the Inventory. The cost entered should be positive. This field cannot be edited if items are already received by the inventory.
As Of Date	The date on which the details of the tool is recorded in the system (Decimal). Ensure that the date is not later than the current system date. If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default the current system date.
Time	The time on which the details of the tool is recorded in the system (Decimal). If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default the current system time.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the stock deliverables that should not be specified for the work order.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline to delete the selected stock deliverables.

Note: You cannot however delete a stock deliverable for which “Stock Received Qty.” is displayed.

Click the “Update Actuals” pushbutton to update the actuals for stock deliverables.

The system saves the actuals of the stock deliverables for the work order with the following details:

If the work order has already been initiated in the “Initiate Work Order” activity and if the actual start date entered in this activity is earlier than the actual start date entered in the “Initiate Work Order” activity, the system records the details of the actuals with the earlier date.
If the status of the task/work order was “Deferred” or “Scheduled”, it changes to “In Progress” after the actuals are entered.
If the status of the task/work order was “Interrupted”, the status changes to “In Progress” if the actuals are recorded for the task for a date later than the date on which the task was “Interrupted”.
If the status of the task/work order was “Interrupted”, the status remains as “Interrupted”, if the actuals are recorded for the task for a date earlier than the date on which the task was interrupted.
The change in work order status is recorded in the work order history.
If the item is a serial number-controlled item in the inventory, the system generates serial numbers for the item and stores it.
If the item is a lot number-controlled item in the inventory, the system generates lot numbers for the item and stores it.

Enter the warehouse and the status of the item in the “WareHouse” and the “Item Status” fields.
Click the “Update Actuals” pushbutton.
