You can select a delay code from this page. You can carry out a search based on the delay code, its description and its status. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the delay codes in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the "Delay Code" field in the main screen.
The “Help On Delay Codes” screen appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a delay code:
Delay Code |
The delay code for which details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter all or part of the delay code. The system retrieves all delay codes similar to the delay code entered here. |
Desc. |
The description of the delay code (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter all or part of the description. The system retrieves all delay codes with similar descriptions. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve delay codes based on its status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve delay codes belonging to both statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” group box:

The delay code defined in the system. |
Desc. |
The description for the delay code. |
Status |
The status of the delay code, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Select the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the work order.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
