This page allows you to view the down time of equipment or location, on which the work order selected from the main page was raised. Tell me more.
Select the “View Down Time” link in the “Select Work Order” page. select the hyperlinked work order number in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Equipment Down Time” page appears.
If you wish to view the equipment down time of a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

The work order for which you wish to view equipment down time (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside. |

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |

WO Status |
The status of the work order. |

WO Duration |
The duration of the work order. |

Work Group |
The work group which is responsible for carrying out the work on the work order. |
|
Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order. |
|
Sch. Start Date |
The date and time at which the work order is scheduled to start. |
|
Sch. Compl. Date |
The date and time at which the work order is scheduled to be completed. |
Enter the following fields:

Total Eqp. Down Hrs. |
The number of hours during which the equipment was down. |

Production Affected Down Hrs. |
The number of hours during which the production was affected due to the equipment being down. |

Down Time Comments |
Any information pertaining to the down time of the equipment. |
Enter the following fields in the “Eqp. Down Time” multiline:

The starting date from which the equipment is down. |

To Date |
The date till which the equipment is down. |

Eqp. Down Hrs |
The number of hours the equipment is down between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields. |

Production Affected Down Hrs. |
The number of hours for which the production was affected due to the equipment being down between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields |

View down time of equipment – An overview
This page allows you to view the down time of equipment or location, on which the work order selected from the main page was raised. You can also enter a work order directly in this page and view the down time of the equipment or location on which it was raised. The system retrieves the following down time details of the equipment:
The starting date from which the down time of the equipment was recorded.
The date till which the down time of the equipment was recorded.
The number of hours for which the equipment was down during the specific period.
The number of hours during which production was affected during the specific period.
The total number of hours during which the equipment was down.
The total number of hours during which production was affected due to the equipment being down.
Any comments that were entered regarding the down time of the equipment.
