View Work Log Processing Errors
This page allows you to view the errors that have occurred while processing observations in the “Process Log Entries” page. Tell me more.
Select the “View Processing Errors” link from the bottom of the “Process Log Entries” page.
The “View Work Log Processing Errors” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Work Log |
The work log for which you wish to view the errors that occurred during the processing of observations. |
Date |
The date on which the observations on the work log were reported. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Log Processing Errors” multiline:
Error Description |
The description of the error that has occurred while processing the observations. |
Work Log Observation |
The observation on which the error has occurred. |
Reported Time |
The time at which the observation was reported in the work log. |
Observation On |
The maintainable object on which the observation was reported, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The code of equipment or location on which the observation was reported. |
Type |
The type of the observation. |
Category |
The category of the observation. |
Reported By |
The employee code of the employee who reported the observation on the equipment or location. |
Name |
The name of the user who reported the observation. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the errors to be deleted.
Click the Delete pushbutton to delete the selected errors.
View Work Log Processing Errors – An overview
This page allows you to view the errors that have occurred while processing observations in the “Process Log Entries” page. The system displays the details of the errors such as the error description, the observation on which the error has occurred during processing, the equipment or location on which the observation was reported along with the reported time, the work log type and category and the user who reported the observation on the work log. You are provided with the option of deleting the errors.
