In this page you can view work logs that have already been defined. Tell me more.
Select the “View Work Logs” link under the “Work Log” business component.
The “View Work Logs” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a work log:

Work Log |
The work log you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter all or part of the work log. The system retrieves all work logs similar to the work log entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the work log (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter all or part of the description. The system retrieves all work logs whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work logs based on their status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve work logs irrespective of the status. The system sets this field as “Active” by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the work log.
The system retrieves work logs based on the search criteria entered in the “Search Results” multiline:

The status of the work log, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the work log. |

The date on which the work log was last modified. |

Last Mod. Time |
The time at which the work log was last modified. |

The login ID of the user who created the work log. |

Created Date |
The date on which the work log was created. |

Created Time |
The time at which the work log was created. |
Click the hyperlinked work log in the multiline, to view the log entries made for the selected work log.

In this page you can view work logs that have already been defined. You can carry out a search based on the work log, its description and its status. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the work logs such as the work log, its description, status, additional information about the work log and details of the users who have created and modified the work logs along with the date and time.
