You can select a run number from this page. You can select a run number by carrying out a search based on the run number, the planning group and the dates for which the MRP was run. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the run numbers in the multiline.
Click the lens icon next to the “Run No.” field in the “ReRun MRP” page.
The “Help on Run” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Run No. |
The run number which you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the run number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all run number similar to the run number entered here. |

Planning Group |
The planning group for which the MRP was run (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the planning group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all run numbers of the MRPs that were run for similar planning groups. |
Enter the following fields in the “Date”; field to retrieve MRPs that were run during a specific period:

From |
The date starting from which the MRP was run (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which the MRP was run (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Run No. |
The run number retrieved by the system. |

Date |
The date on which the MRP was run. |
|
Status |
The status of the MRP. |
|
Planning Group |
The planning group for which the MRP was run. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the run number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
