Viewing parts reserved for the work order

This page allow you to view the details of spare parts that are reserved for a work order. Tell me more.

Select the “View Parts Reservation” link from the “Select Work Orders” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked work order in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Spare Parts Reservation” page appears.

If you wish to view the pats reserved for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

WO No.	The work order for which you wish to view the parts reserved (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the parts that are reserved to the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside.
	Zoom facility available

The system retrieves the tasks belonging to the work order in the “Task/Work Order” drop-down list box. The parts that are reserved for the work order are retrieved in the multiline.

Enter the following field:

Task/WO	Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the parts reserved for the work order. If you wish to view the parts reserved for a task, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default.
	The description of the work order or task is retrieved alongside.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields:

WO Status	The status of the work order, which can be “Deferred”, “Interrupted”, “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.
Task Status	The status of the task which can be “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.
Sch. Date	The date on which the work order is scheduled to start.
Compl. Date	The date on which the work order must be completed.
WO Date	The date on which the work order is created.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.
WO On	The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location.
Planning Group	The planning group of the work order.

The system retrieves the disposition spare parts that are reserved to the work order or for the tasks that are specified for the work order in the "Item Details" multiline.

Item	The item reserved for the work order.
Variant	The variant of the item
Desc.	The description of the spare part.
Warehouse	The warehouse from which the spare part is procured.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the spare part.
Item Status	The status of the item as available in the warehouse.
Sch. Qty.	The scheduled quantity of the item.
Hard Pegging?	Indicates whether hard pegging is done for reservation of parts for the work order. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.
Reserve Qty.	The quantity that is reserved for the work order.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement of the stock.
Problem Qty.	The number if items for which reservation cannot be done.
Issued Qty.	The quantity that is issued.
Est. Qty.	The quantity that is estimated.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to analyze the supply and demand trends of the item.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Estimated Parts” link from the bottom of the page to view the spare parts estimated for the work order.

Refer to the topic, “Viewing the spare parts specified for the work order” for more details.

Select the “View Order Pegging” link from the bottom of the page to view the pegging details of the work order.
Select the “View PR Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the details of purchase requests that are raised procuring the items required for the work order.
Select the “Analyze Supply Demand” link from the bottom of the page to analyze the supply and demand of the item.

The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who reserved the spare parts.
Created Date	The date and time at which the spare part was reserved.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the reservation of the spare parts.
Last Modified Date	The date and time at which the reservation was last modified.

Viewing parts reserved for the work order – An overview

You can view the details of spare parts that are reserved for a work order in this page. You can view the spare parts that are reserved for a work order that is selected in the previous page, or you can enter a work order in this page and view the spare parts reserved for it. You can view the spare parts that are reserved for the work order or for every task belonging to the work order. You can view the following details of spare parts reservation:

The item and variant of the spare part that are reserved.
The warehouse from which the item is procured.
The unit of measurement of the item.
The status of the item as in the warehouse.
The scheduled quantity of the item for the work order.
If the reservation was not possible, the system displays the problem quantity.
Whether the item must be hard pegged or not.
The quantity of the item that has been issued for the work order.

The estimated quantity that is required for carrying out the work order.
