Select the “View Stock Deliverables” link from the bottom of the “View Work Order Schedule” page.
The “View Stock Deliverables” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

WO No. |
The work order for which stock deliverables must be viewed. |

WO Date |
The date on which the work order was created. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the work order. |
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order was created. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
|
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |
|
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
Total Estimated Cost |
The total estimated cost of carrying out the work order. |
|
Costing Method |
The method of costing that is specified for the work order in the “Options” activity of the “Work Order” business component. The system displays either “Standard Cost” or “User Specified Cost”. |
The system retrieves the following fields in the “Deliverable Items” multiline:

The item number of the stock deliverable. |

The variant of the item. |

The description of the item – variant combination. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item. |

Sch. Qty. |
The scheduled quantity of the stock deliverable. |

The quantity that is produced. |

Cost/Unit |
The cost per unit of the stock deliverable. |

Est. Qty. |
The quantity that is estimated for the work order. |

Item Status |
The status of the item in the warehouse. |

The date and time of the creation of the work order. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the work order. |

Viewing the stock deliverables of a scheduled work order – An overview
This page allows you to view the scheduled details of the stock deliverables that are fabricated in the maintenance department for the purpose of carrying out the work order. The system displays the following details of the stock deliverables:
The item, variant and unit of measurement of the stock deliverable
The quantity that is scheduled for carrying out the work order.
The quantity that is produced
The cost per unit of the stock
The quantity that is estimated for carrying out the work order
The warehouse and the item status of the stock deliverable
