Close Work Request – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to close requests. Work requests can be closed either automatically, when all the work orders referring to the request are closed, or can be closed manually through this activity. If work requests must be closed automatically, the option for automatically closing the work requests must be set in the “Options” activity.

You can close requests that are in the “Approved” status, and for which all the work orders, created with reference to the request, are also closed/completed/canceled. The status of the request is changed to “Closed” on closure of a request. The system also records the request closure details in the request history.
