Auto Closing

Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of closure of requests. The system provides the following options:

• Yes – Select this option to specify that the request should be closed automatically when the last work order raised on the request is closed.

• No – Select this option to specify that the request can be closed only manually.

• Optional – Select this option to specify that the request can be closed either automatically or manually. When this option is selected, the system allows you to determine the mode of closing, whether automatic or manual, in the “Create Request” and “Modify Request” activities.

Allow Reversal of Closed Requests

Check this box if you wish to allow the reversal of a request that is in the “Closed” status to the “Approved” status. Leave the box unchecked if you do not wish to allow the reversal of a request in the “Closed” status.
