Modifying currency denomination details

This page allows you to modify the currency denomination details. The system retrieves the details of the denominations based on the selected currency. You can modify the description of the denomination. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details. This page also allows you to delete the selected currency denomination..

Select the “Edit Currency Denominations” link at the bottom of the “Edit Currency” page.

The “Edit Currency Denominations” page appears.

Enter the following field:

ISO Currency Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the ISO currency for which you want to modify the denomination details. All the “Active” currency codes will be available for selection in the ascending order.

Note: The system retrieves the details of the denominations based on the selected ISO currency code.

The system displays the following:

Currency Desc.

The textual description of the currency.

The system displays the following in the “Currency Denomination” multiline:

Denominations

The denomination of the selected currency.

Modify the following fields if required in the “Currency Denomination” multiline:

Desc.

A textual description of the denominations (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark a denomination for which you have to save the modifications made or that you want to delete.
Click the “Edit Currency Denomination” pushbutton to save the modifications made.

The system updates the modified denomination details in the currency denomination entity.

The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Last Modified By” and the “Last Modified Date” fields.

Click the “Delete Currency Denomination” pushbutton to delete the selected currency denominations.

The system deletes the selected denomination details for the currency.

The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Last Modified By” and the “Last Modified Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who has created the denominations.
Created Date	The date on which the denominations were created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who has last modified the denominations.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the denominations were last modified.
