This Help page allows you to search and select an address ID and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying the code identifying the address ID and the description of the address ID. You can also search by specifying the city, state and country in which the address is located. The system retrieves all the address IDs that are in the “Active” status. The selected address ID is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Address ID” field.
The “Help On Address” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an address.

Address ID |
The code identifying the address ID that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 12). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the address IDs that are similar to the ID entered in this field. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the address ID (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the address IDs that have description similar to the value entered here. |

Country |
The country in which the address is present (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the country in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the address IDs that have countries similar to the value entered here. |

City |
The city in which the address is present (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the city in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the address IDs that have cities similar to the value entered here. |

State |
The state in which the address is located (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the state in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the address IDs that have states similar to the value entered here. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Address ID |
The unique code identifying the address ID. |

Desc. |
The description of the address ID. |
|
Address |
The complete mailing address of the organizations various locations. |
|
City |
The city in which one of the organizations location is available. |
|
State |
The state in which the city is located. |
|
Country |
The code identifying the country in which the state is located. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an address ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
