Viewing BFG – organization unit mapping

This page allows you to view the list of organization units that have been mapped to the selected business function group. You can view details like the code and the name identifying the business function group. You can also view the history of the mapping like the date range during which the status of the organization unit remained effective.
Select the “View BFG – Organization Unit” link under the “Organization Setup” business component.
The “View BFG – Organization Unit” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Business Function Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the business function group for which you want to view the details of the organization unit. All the business function groups will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
The system displays the following:

Business Function Group Name |
The name identifying the business function group. |
Enter the following field:

Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company in which organization unit have been defined. All the companies that have been defined and are in the “Active” status will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
The system displays the following:

Company Name |
The name identifying the company. |
Click the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve the organization unit details.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Org. Units” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Org. Unit |
The code identifying the organization unit. |
|
Org. Unit Desc. |
The textual description of the organization unit. |

Start Date |
The date from which the organization unit is in active use. |
|
End Date |
The date till which the organization unit is in active use. |
|
Status |
The status of the BFG – organization unit mapping. It could be “Map” or “Unmap”. |
