This page allows you to view the details of a selected currency. You can search and retrieve the currencies for which you want to view the details. You can view details like the codes identifying the ISO currency and the numeric ISO currency. Details like the description of the currency, a symbol identifying the currency, the sub-units of the currency and its description can also be viewed. You can also view the status of the currency along with the date range during which the currency is active or inactive.
Select the “View Currency And Country” link under the “Organization Setup” business component.
The “View Currency” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

ISO Currency Code |
A unique ISO (International Standardization Organization) code identifying the currency (Alphanumeric, 5). |

Currency Desc. |
A textual description of the currency (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of currency that you want to retrieve from “Active” and “Inactive”. |

Currency Symbol |
A unique symbol identifying the currency code (Alphanumeric, 5). |

Sub Unit Description |
A textual description of the sub units (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

ISO Currency Code |
A unique ISO (International Standardization Organization) code identifying the currency. |

Numeric ISO Currency Code |
A unique numeric ISO code identifying the currency |

Currency Symbol |
A unique symbol identifying the currency code. |

Currency Desc. |
A textual description of the currency. |

Currency Sub Units |
The number of smaller units of denomination, which when grouped together, form one unit of a currency. For Example, 100 cents make 1 dollar. 100 would be displayed here. |

Currency Sub Unit Desc. |
A textual description of the currency sub units. For Example, 100 cents make 1 dollar. Cents would be displayed here. |

Currency Status |
The status of the currency. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

From Date |
The date from which the status of the currency is effective. |

To Date |
The date till which the status of the currency is effective |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Currency Denominations” link at the bottom of the page to view the currency denomination details.
Select the “View Country” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the various countries.
Select the "Attach Notes" link at the bottom of the page to record your observations.
Select the “Collaborate” link at the bottom of the page to record or to view the observations or comments or discussions regarding the document.
