This page allows you to view the details of the finance book that have been mapped to an organization unit. You can select the business unit and the organization unit to which the finance book has been mapped. You can also view the details like the code and the description identifying the finance book. Details like the date range during which the finance book is in active use and the status of the finance book can also be viewed.
Select the “View OU - Finance Book Mapping” link under the “Organization Setup” business component.
The “View Finance Book Mapping” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Business Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit to which the organization units have been mapped. All the business units that are available in the business unit entity and that are in the “Active” status will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
The system displays the following:

Business Unit Name |
The name identifying the business unit. |
Enter the following field:

Org. Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the organization unit for which you want to view the details of the finance books that have been mapped. All the “Active” organization units that been mapped to the business unit will be available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays “Blank” by default at the launch of the page. |

Company Code |
The code identifying the company to which the business unit and the organization unit belong. |

Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book. |

Finance Book Desc. |
The textual description of the finance book. |
|
Status |
The status of the finance book. It could be “Mapped” or “Unmapped”. |

Start Date |
The date from which the status of the finance book is effective. |
|
End Date |
The date till which the status of the finance book is effective. |
